  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to support our inside sales team. This is a pure inside sales role focused on lead generation, client follow-up, and converting prospects into customers for our digital marketing and AI services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support client onboarding and handle basic client queries

Eligibility Criteria

  • Female candidates only
  • MBA (Marketing) – 2025 / 2026 pass-outs preferred
  • BBA or Business-related graduates can also apply
  • 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not mandatory

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Hindi knowledge is an added advantage
  • Confidence in handling client calls and online meetings
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services
  • Willingness to do cold calling and client follow-ups
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or LinkedIn is a plus
