Job Summary
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to support our inside sales team. This is a pure inside sales role focused on lead generation, client follow-up, and converting prospects into customers for our digital marketing and AI services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support client onboarding and handle basic client queries
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates only
- MBA (Marketing) – 2025 / 2026 pass-outs preferred
- BBA or Business-related graduates can also apply
- 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not mandatory
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Hindi knowledge is an added advantage
- Confidence in handling client calls and online meetings
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Willingness to do cold calling and client follow-ups
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or LinkedIn is a plus
